SUBSIDY FOR THE PROMOTION OF LABOR HIRING.
The aim is to support the self-employed and SMEs on the island of La Palma, encouraging the hiring of unemployed people and facilitating the return to their jobs of people who have been affected by ERTE to help maintain employment.
GRANTS FOR COMPENSATION TO COMPANIES OF EXPENSES FOR ECONOMIC LOSSES CAUSED BY THE IMPACT OF COVID 19.
The objective is to support self-employed persons and small companies on the Island, as a measure to protect the productive fabric, to compensate and minimize the impact of the economic and social crisis caused by COVID-19, in order to contribute to the maintenance of their companies and employment.
FiiHUB (MAC2 / 2.3d / 335) , European project within the framework of the INTERREG MAC 2014-2020 Cooperation Program, with the aim of creating the first Digital Innovation Hub that allows the creation, support and acceleration of companies and star-ups to improve its competitiveness and internationalization.
The FIIHUB project will carry out actions aimed at training in multidisciplinary aspects, such as digital transformation or business digitization, the design of products and services focused on the user, as well as the use of new technologies to improve competitiveness. In addition to a series of services that will be provided to companies and entrepreneurs, in order to promote the competitiveness and internationalization of SMEs.
The project has been approved in the 2nd Call of the INTERREG MAC 2014-2020 Program and has 85% financing from ERDF funds for an amount of € 764,436.00. The project is led by the CABILDO DE LA PALMA and has the support of 10 partners from the Azores, Madeira, the Canary Islands and Cape Verde.
