The Insular Slaughterhouse is the Hygienic Control Center for Meat on the island.
The most common users are butchers and supermarkets with butcher shops. Any individual can also take advantage of this service.
The animals that are slaughtered in the Slaughterhouse are of the bovine, swine, ovine, goat and rabbit species.
El Matadero also has a delivery service for the carcasses obtained.
The programming of the Insular Slaughterhouse may be subject to variations due to service needs.
